Brewing Instructions: 

• For the perfect cup itself, use two teaspoons (3 - 4 grams) of tea per cup (8 oz/250 ml) of water at 80-85°C, steeping for 5-6 minutes. Adjust to taste.
• To make milk tea, use 2 teaspoons (3 - 4 grams) of tea per cup (8 oz/250 ml) of water at 80-85°C, cover the cup, and steep for 8 minutes. Then, add milk and sugar to the tea. Adjust to taste.
